Automated labeling line
The CNC labeling of panels is a fundamental process for the organization and traceability of the processed elements. Thanks to this procedure, each panel is marked with a unique code that identifies its characteristics and destination. This labeling system allows you to track panel movements within the production process, facilitating warehouse management and manufacturing planning. Furthermore, the CNC labeling of the panels allows you to reduce errors during assembly and final installation, since each element is clearly identified.
Automated loading and unloading line
The automated loading and unloading line for wooden panels is an advanced system that allows you to efficiently manage the entire panel handling process. Thanks to its automation, this system significantly reduces the need for human intervention, improving the efficiency and speed of the process. The panels are loaded onto the production line automatically and are transported to the next processing phase without any manual intervention. Likewise, once processing is completed, the panels are automatically unloaded from the line, ready to be packaged and shipped.
